Good morning Woozens!

The Arctic Fest is drawing to a close along with the month of January… The snow has come and gone and it’s time to move forward into another exciting month!

February begins with a very LOVE-ly holiday… And we just can’t wait to celebrate it with you! Something REALLY cool and romantic is being planned as we speak so don’t go anywhere this month because you certainly won’t want to miss it!!

Until then, we have the Arctic Crowning taking place ————– where thewinners of the Arctic Fest contest will be announced and take their places as the Arctic King and Queen! If you plan on attending you should check out the Woozworld Store offers full of new outfits that you can wear to the big eventz!

After a weekend of voting it’s time to announce the winner of Woozworld’s Anti-Bullying Campaign Name and Slogan Contest. With so many great names and slogans to choose from, it wasn’t easy to decide. However, the most popular choices and the winners of 50 Wooz each are:

Campaign Name: W.E.B. – Where Everybody Belongs (by Aeromeda)

Slogan: “Take A Stand, Lend A Hand!” (by Lol4EvaFun)

This week we’re giving you another chance to win 50 Wooz… Go to the Stop Bullying HQ owned by Plush. If you have a personal story related to bullying, find the Enlist Podz and submit your story to us before midnight on Thursday to qualify. These stories will be published in the Blog with your name so please keep that in mind if you decide to enter. The winners will be announced in Friday’s WoozPaper.

FYI: Trading had to be removed due to a few technical issues it was causing in Woozworld. Please understand that we are working our very best on a solution so that we can re-integrate it back into the world ASAP. Spamming WallZ and harassing the Woozband does not help make the process go any faster and only increases the time it will take to fix it.

Monday - The week is kicking off with Mya’s Fashion Show where you’ll have a chance to compete to become our Star of the Week! See your name on the Woozen Walk of Fame by following these simple steps:

1. Go to any of your unitz
2. Dress in your new Arctic Fest Crowning Celebration fashion
3. Make a Display Eventz between 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM WoozTime
4. Wait for Mya to visit you and judge your fashion styles
5. If you win a key, go to Mya’s Fashion Show at 5:30 PM WoozTime to compete!
6. Place 1st at the show and you’ll be our newest Star!

Tuesday - All your favorite games are back to be played at Max’s Game Show! It’s happening at 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM WoozTime so come on downnnn and let the fun begin!!! Try to win a Game Podz by winning one of the games, and even if you don’t you’ll still have tons of fun!

Wednesday - To welcome in the 1st day of February, the theme for Jay’s Freestyle Hour this week (yep, you guessed it!) is “February”! Freestyle about anything you want as long is at relates to this new month! Some of the following things happening this month may help you get some ideas… Valentine’s Day, shortest month of the year, President’s Day (U.S.), Family Day (CA) and I’m sure there’s lots more you can come up with! Bring your freestyle to Jay’s Poetry Cafe at 4:00 PM WoozTime to share what you’ve got and try to win a trophy!

Thursday - All you bookz-luverz out there it’s time for another reading adventure at Jenny’s Bookz Club! In an all new unitz for our new featured bookz Winterling, you’ll find 5 new bookz to collect and add to your Bookz Case! Come out to hear samples from each of the bookz and test your listening skillz with some trivia questions for a chance to win a Mystery Gift or trophy! Go to the new bookz unitz at 1:00 PMor 7:00 PM WoozTime to listen in!

Friday - If you haven’t been before, it’s never too late to start… The Late Night with Mya Show starts this week at 11:00 AM and 7:30 PM WoozTime! Come catch up on the weekly news and find out what’s coming up next week! Show up early and get in line if you have a question you’re just itching to ask Mya! At the end she’ll take some time to answer them so make sure it’s a good one!!!

Jay’s Unitz Design Challenge

Starting this month, Jay’s Unitz Design Challenge will have it’s very own section in the Blog! It’s more of a contest than an eventz so this seems more fitting. On Friday the winners will also be posted in their own section after the Highlights of the Week!

In honor of the Arctic Fest Crowning, Jay thought it would be fitting for the theme of this week’s challenge to be “Arctic Fest Royal Gala”! Make a party unitz that’s fit for an icy king and queen! It should be extravagant, royal, fun, creative, decorative, and especially cold!! You can put Ice Sculpturz, figurines, and also get some items from Jay’s Shop Podz that may help you out. Once you’re happy with your design, go to Jay’s Unitz Design HQ and submit your unitz to the Enlist Podz before midnight on Thursday to qualify. The top winners will each win 50 Wooz and a trophy and a few runners up will be picked to get a trophy as well!

Highlights of the Week

Monday - It was a sweet afternoon of rhyming at Jay’s Freestyle Hour where Woozens used the lettersW-I-N-T-E-R for their acrostic poems! Whoever had the courage to go up on stage got a Mystery Gift and Jay’s top poets each got special trophies!!! Congratz to all the winners and thanks to everyone for coming out!

To celebrate the Golden Globe Awards, the theme for Jay’s Unitz Design Challenge this week was “Gold”! This is one of the most difficult ones we’ve had to judge yet… there were just sooo many outstanding designs!!! So bravo to everyone who entered, you all did such a wonderful job! I have one word. Bullying. We all want to get rid of it but how can we stand up without hurting someone else or make a difference without being a bully yourself? Heres how in three different ways.
1. Have friends with you I know it may seem hard and it may seem like no one wants to be your friend but not everyone is like that and theres lways someone willing to help!
2. Remember if someone is saying rude things or being mean dont fight back with mean words or try to hurt their feelings that makes you a bully too.
3.Just leave if someone is being rude -this applys in real life and online- just walk away and have no part in it!
Now that you know some ways to be Bully Free I hope you can enjoy being bully free!

There are alot of cool and pretty clothes in Woozworld. Some of us can’t afford the prices, but you don’t have to get mad or sad, I have a few little ways you can DRESS for LESS!
1. Look in the Zcatalog for the clothes you want, you could find great deals!
2. Message your FriendZ and ask them if they have the item you need, then work out a price with them, or they could even get it to you for free!
3. Look in the Discover section of the woozworld map, there, there are cool and HOT clothes that are way affordable.
4. If you find something in the Zcatalog, Discover Section, or a friend’s unitz, that is a little pricy, message them and ask them to lower!
thats how I get my clothes sometimes, and it really works, I’m happy with the clothes on my woozen. I don’t care if people think i’m weird cause I mix and match older and more new clothes, I look AWESOME! There’s another thing, like I do, Mix and Match! Get your own style! I think that’s enough for this week.

5. Look for events happening now On eventz search (The blue calender at the bottom of your woozworld screen when u play)
6. Make games and put them in Eventz!
7. Go shopping!!!!
8. Get wooz and exclusive features at the woozworld store! (Press become vip or the clothes and wooz image at the side of your woozworld screen )
9. Make events like Best dressed, Next top model , Emo, Etc!
10. Go to games win prizes if u really try hard top win the game!!

Woozband Winter Street Sale

Some of our inventories are getting a little full and heavy to carry around with us… so we figured it’s a good time for another Street Sale!

If you haven’t been to one before, here’s how it works:

Throughout the weekend, Jay, Mya, Jenny, and Max will fill their Street Sale unitz with clothing and furniture items from their inventories. (Hint: Keep an eye out for a pop-up message at the bottom right hand corner of your screen!)

If you get there early enough you might snatch up a really good deal for a signature or exclusiveitem! You never know what you’ll find at a Street Sale…

Search StylaZ to get to her Street Sale unitz that will take you to each of the Woozband sales if you want to check them out early!

The Shop Podz will be re-filled multiple times onSaturday and on Sunday so if you don’t get something the first time, try again later!

Tuesday - The search was on for another Star of the Week! Woozens showed off their Arctic Festclothing for a chance to win a key to Mya’s Fashion Show and compete for the title! 4. Make shops, closet, your own hangout room, house, bedroom, kitchen, and so much more.. Just Be Creative!
